UNPLUGGED: Anna + Anna Team should be punished by Laws ?

As I write this piece analyzing the factors behind the tragic failure of a pan-India revolution against corruption started by Anna Hazare, I fear backlash from several of his supporters, who would not hesitate to brand me as a Congress agent.

Why Anna + Anna team failed ? Many News agency have given different different reason . Anna and Anna team hurted many people.They abused , they threaten, they blackmailed, they insulted parliament, they insulted constitution and many more......

Anna+Anna team has started undemocratic , unconstitutional and provoked /Aam public against Parliament .This is the reason.Should they be punished for this reason according to Law ?

Why I say this ? Listen me first before replying ......Anna says all leader should be behind the bar. Agar lokpal hota to gaddar jail mei hote.Netao ko jail mei bhejana chahiye.( what is the base of this statement of Anna and Anna Team).Anna + Anna team can ask any question to Parliament,Prime Minister and leaders then can I not express my view to a individual ?) I am not alien .

According to me as following -
1. Anna was leading a crowd .
2. He claimed 120 crore Janta is with them although many people are
against them.
3.They insult parliament.
4.They started abusive language to popular leaders.
5.He started openly challenge to Govt.
6.He started speaking against a particular party.
7. His language hurted many people.
8.When he and his team started activities against the parliament and democracy people got confused.
9.Threaten and compel to Govt again by again.
10. His anti congress statement .
11. Misuse of public sympathy.
12. His supporters started abusive language who was against them.
13.Prashant Bhushan has given against country statement .
14.Arvind Kejriwal behaving like dictator .
15.Kiran Bedi cheated public funds.
16.They compare with freedom movement of India.
17.They compare with Mahatma Gandhi.
18. They blamed on Govt and popular leader without proof.
19.They manipulated Laws for their interest.
20.They try to put power, centralize.It is against constitution.( so educated people did not support.)
21.They manipulated MMRDA rules for concession .
22.Court dismiss their petition stating that when proceeding is going on in parliament then why do you not
wait ? You can oppose from home also.

It is time for slap to Anna and Anna team.
Gandhian leader Anna Hazare on Tuesday stepped into the middle of a fresh controversy when he said people had been left with no option but to slap the corrupt, drawing sharp criticism from both Congress and BJP and leaving his associates hard put to explain the comments.

Speaking at his native village Ralegaon Siddhi, Anna on Tuesday evening had said, ``When a man's power of tolerance runs out, then whoever is in front of you, if a slap is given, then the brain is put back in place. That is the only road open now.
