Age is not guarantee of maturity or success. Maturity comes or we become more wise according to age , it is not universal truth. Maturity comes after a certain age but it does not apply with everyone, because a lot of people has achieve grand success in small age. There are so many example in our life e.g. Scahin Tendulkar,,Bill Gates, face book's owner etc.They has achieve and they proved that age does not matter.
Quality can not be measure by age.Talent can not measure by age. WE see in our life that so many mature people have to fail in any field but small age personality get success in the same field. A Indian boy proved that computer can be also wrong.Many small age people did big job in under age . A company is run by mature people but did you ever think that A company can be run by under age person also, but condition is this,he should be talented. A mature computer engineer have to fail to repair the computer but sometime learning computer engineer solve the problems.
World has accepted that only age does not define talent, although talent is the correct method for maturity.
Can you appoint a mature untalented person for run a company ? Can you give your car for repairing , computer , or other necessary goods to a mature person , who has only age experience ,not work experience or neither he has talent nor he has advance technology experience ?
Yesteryear, many small age people has done great job and now, we are in technology era.It has opened several doors for success for all and if we contemplate then we would find that all major success are achieved not only by mature person although by small age people, also. Indeed,We seek for talent not for untalented mature person.Talent is more important than maturity.How old would you be, does matter if you do not know how to work or how to live, how to achieve ,how to grow, then what is the use of maturity ? Understand, age does not define maturity although talent define maturity.
