It says something

% is the measurement of our qualification. How much we are intelligent, it is decided by our mark sheet . There are so many student who could not get admission in collage due to less percentage, but they made history.It is understood that high % gainer is superior and less % gainer is inferior or average.Is it right ? NO... some student achieved grand success after rejection. If we observe around our self , we can find, who were nagelated , they proved their self that they are better than high percentage gainer. 

Talent should not be wasted

Between us there can be so many student , who could not get admission in favorite subject due to less %, and they had to take admission in unwanted subject. If we study without interest, what will be result ?  Out of us some student could have been great scientist , great economist, Dr., Engineer, etc.,but we could not be, due to %. No one is least bother about the talent. Cricketer Yuvraj singh was rejected by Novjot Singh Sindhu stating that  this boy can not be a good player, what happen, you know. If we try to find example, we can find a lot , you can be one of them also.

Future is in Talented hands.

Mr. Bill Gate was a average student.Great scientist, Dr. Abdul Kalam was a average student, but he made history.I know, A lot of computer engineer who could not pass school and collage but they are master in computer.We can find many people, who could not be a good student but they are running big organisation. Mostly MNC and Cooperate seeks for skill power not for % power.There are so many leader, who has little education but they are ruling the country.

Education system should be changed

According to me talent should be not decided by the %.Every children has different - different quality. Their quality should be recognized by our teacher only in childhood , they should find that which type of talent has in particular children,then children should be educated according to their interest , then result can be more batter, then their talent can be more utilized in their progress . If this system is  started  then India will have  more Dr. Kalam, Sachin , Amitabh, Rajiv Gandhi,etc.in coming future.

I ask you instead of waiting for Mr. Right or Mr. perfect , why do you not find or discover Mr. Perfect for you. Find and get all thing on right time otherwise you will have been waiting and waiting for Mr. Perfect.

Pre-Paration...FAIL !!!, No Problem, RE-Plan

Before starting any business, any work, exam, interview etc. Pre-Paration is must.Why  should we do preparation ? When we start preparation, we think about all small-small thing, we think how to start, how to work, time limit , budget, etc. After making planning there is less chances to failure.If we start without Pre-Planning then more chances to failure. 

In spite of  a well Pre-Planning,there is no guarantee of success. Many companies has been closed.Every company plans before starting their business, sometime success does not come.Everyone plans, and Planning should be done also before starting ,It provides us a certain way to start.

RE-PLAN,fail..RE-PLAN,fail...RE-PLAN.....

If we fail after planning , we should not leave the work,we should not come back,we should Re-think, Re-start ,We should not think that we can fail or we can not do. If we started thinking like this then work can not be started . 

We can win, when we will start fighting. Without fighting, How can we say that there is less chances to win. Better , we should not waste our time, and we should start Re-planning after failure. A well designed Pre-planning  provides a background of the project, description of project, Pre-Planning answers the question of whether a plan should be implemented by yes or no,without it percentage of fail would be higher.

Again, I say, we should not start any work without Pre-Paration. If we fail, no problem, Re-Plan and Re-start, Again fail, no problem, Again Re-Plan,but we should not stop our self before achievement .


The one should not be afraid of making mistake.The fear of failure is a sure guarantee of it.
