Convert rocks in to diamonds

Gold is gold. Diamond is diamond,  but you ever think that rocks, valley, earth  , sand etc., can be converted in to gold or diamond. Anyone can search pearl in to sea , anyone can make diamond's ring with diamond, as well as anyone can make money with money. There are some people who made  diamond's ring without diamond, They made money without money .They converted  rocks in to diamond.

There are so many example e.g. Dhirubhai Ambani, TATA, Lakshmi Mittal, Bill gates, Warren Buffet, Mark Zuckesberg, Blanke Ross, Naveen Selvaduri and many more..

Sometime less useful material can be use into  great products. MNC, corporate sector doing nothing different thing , just they are doing differently the same thing.

Basically , I want to say that you can also convert rocks in to diamond, you can also do the same... start from scratch , think different, do differently, discover new in old, create ideas, Plan how can you convert raw material in to great product.

We know that only few people are ruling the India even the world,  they  presented themselves they are extraordinary, they are different . We accept them , and we are ruled. If others can do , why not me, why not you. Start thinking ....
