1. Always order soup1 by 2*(invented in India.That way U get more soup.

 2 .When ordering sugarcane juice,1st insist on* * No Ice* & after few sips,ask for ice, *

3. Ask for extra puri when U finish your* bhel or sev or pani puri.

4. Ask for free cucumber/aloo after U have* eaten sandwich.

5. Sample all the ice cream flavors free* & then order what U alwayzz eat...

Laws for Outlaws: Laws pertaining to women.

Today, There are whole gamut of laws pertaining to women's right. Just framing laws will not reduce or halt crimes.It is equally important for the oppressor and the victim to be fully of  aware of the laws and its consequences.

Let's us take Sec-509 according to the " Indian Penal Code ".

Section - 509 

Word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a women - Whoever, intended to insult the modesty of any women ,utters any word, make any sound or gesture , or exhibits any object,intending that such word or sound shall be heard, or that such gesture or object shall be seen, by such women, or intrudes upon the privacy of such women shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine or with both.

Essential Ingredients

Words or gestures intended to insult the modesty of a women falls within the ambit of the section. The essential ingredients of the section are as follows:

Where an offenders :

(1) Utters a word,makes any sound or gesture or exhibits any 

    object;

(2) with the intention that it be heard, seen or intrudes upon 

    the privacy of such women;

commits the offence.

It is clear that the intention must be to insult the modesty of some particular woman or women, and not merely any class or section of women,however small.

Even if the exact words could not be placed on record, if the court arrives at a finding that the accused had such an intention for which purpose he uttered the offending words,it can punish the accused.

Punishment - Simple imprisonment for 1 year, or fine, or both.

Offence    - Cognizable.
                At Last:

How many women are even aware of it ? Therefore, spreading awareness about the law is as important as framing the law.Victims will be the position to approach the authority for justice if they are aware of the law, which is relevant to them.If the oppressor (specially women) are aware of the laws which favour them, they would to more confident to approach the authority for justice.
you can complaint in any police station.But this law should not be misutilized.This is for your protection.

Self-Proclaimed eXpert

Respect can never be demanded, it has to commanded. Therefore our actions and works should speak for it self.

There are so many people who proclaimed that they are the best without the agreement of others.

Self- Proclamation shows that someone has given themselves a particular title or status rather than being given it by other people. 

Always remember that people always react with positively to anything which is good and negatively to anything which is bad.Therefore we should just do our duties and let people judge for themselves.

Our action and work  speaks itself ,there is no need to grow our own trumpet.

Time for Introspection

I was asked by many people that why always you talk and write about unnatural thing like.. Empower your self,Identify your self ,hidden power ,discover your self etc.

Someone asked - We could be Leaders in our own work place but  are we Leading our Lives or forced to Follow what comes for us? 

It is time to Introspection.Mr.Sanjay, can you tell me what is introspection ?

Ans - Introspection is the examination of one's own thoughts or feeling.

I have been saying since more than 25 years that self observation is must. Without knowing our self we can not success.

I always say before deciding anything ,first decide your self that what you are and what is your abilities ?

I have always said find your self first . 

Never start your journey or never attempt for any target without knowing you self.First identify your hidden power then utilize it and if you are find your self unfit then better change the ways and try to according to your inner power.

Seeking for my Mistake ...

I tried to find out other meaning of Introspection and as well as  I also wanted to examine myself that what I have been saying and writing, is it correct ? I visited " Wikipedia "

Introspection is the self-observation and reporting of conscious inner thoughts,desire and sensations , it is a conscious and purposive process relying on thinking ,reasoning and examining ,one's own thoughts and feeling. 

Introspection is like the actively describe by Plato where he said- " Why should we not calmly and patiently review our own thoughts, and thoroughly examine and see what these appearances in us really are ?"

After reading above statement I came to know that what I have been saying and what I am writing is correct. It empowered me and I feel more energetic to write .

Only by through thoughtful contemplation ,dedicated self  discovery and truthful personal reflection we can realize how    we really are ? Therefore, Introspection is must for everyone.
