Can everyone be a leader ?

I was told that every people are equal. but I do not believe . I believe that every person are different from each other. So, every one cannot be equal . This saying has been telling for the beginning and this will have been telling for ever .

Many people can be a leader. A certain level of IQ or ability to comprehend and to assimilate is required. However, that does not make them equal. As you said people are different and that goes for leaders also. There are good leaders and great leaders for example and that difference is enough to write a book about.

You - Your logic is flawed. Me - It is hurry to say that My logic is flawed .

     Let's start..
You - Many people can be a leader.
Me - Not Possible.
You - A certain level of IQ or ability to comprehend

      and to assimilate is required.
Me - Do you think that every one has a certain level

     of IQ or ability ? You - However, that does not make them equal. As you 

      said people are different and that goes for leaders also. 

Me - You said a certain level of IQ or ability is required . Do you think that there are no difference between people ? I strongly believe that we are different from each others.
You - There are good leaders and great leaders for 

      example and that difference is enough to write   a book about. 

Me - Agreed. Just for example , you can count on finger. of course, We can write a book on a leader.
My view:

I am also agree that only a certain level of IQ or ablity to comprehend and to assimilate is required makes a leader. But I also believe that we are no equal even we cannot be equal also. 

Everyone can have a level of IQ and ability to comprehend ?
Everyone can be a Dr. ?
Everyone can be President Obama ?
Anyone can be a CEO of the company ?
Anyone can be a Director of the the company ?


In a certain sense anyone can be a leader. What I mean by that is that I train people in group dynamics and teamwork and I often will put the most reserved, quiet person in the group as leader in a certain task I assign. I often see those people excell in their given role. I also see others step up in various parts of the challenge. The point I think you're making and I tend to agree is that not everyone can be "the" leader. Leadership qualities are clearly learned but there is a certain aptitude and certain qualities needed to be "the" leader.
