All Builders and developers sale their products, but my view is Different. We do not sale Products only,although we sale our passion with Products.
Just think there are more than five thousands Builders and Developers are in all over India , How many builders are famous by products ?
If I ask, give me top hundred names of Builders,no one can give 100 names at a time. We can give only leading Builders name . Why ? Only because of their work and because of their Products. There are so many products which are booked at initial stage, although there are many products which does not completely sold even after completion of work, in spite of discount and great publicity.There are few builders in Mumbai who always sale their Products before launching or at the time of announcement and there are many builders who does not gets customers even after a tremendous publicity and discounted price.
It is evidence that without Passion nothing can be perfect and without perfection products cannot be success. I believe that quality Products are always in demand, in spite of higher price. We do not invest our money in inferior quality product, if it is available on cheaper price, although we purchase quality product at higher price, if we could afford.
According to me without passion nothing can be Perfect.Passion empower us , it motivate us to do something great.
