Rape and Rapist ?

What is Rape and who is rapist according to law.Let's know,I want to share my view about this. Firstly, we understand meaning of rape by law.Section 375 defines rape,--A man is said to commit "rape" who, except in the case hereinafter excepted , has sexual intercourse with a woman under circumstances falling under any of the six following descriptions:-

First    -- Against her will.

second   -- Without her consent.

Thirdly  -- With her consent, when her consent has been obtained

            by putting her or any person in whom she is

            interested in fear of death or of hurt.

Fourthly -- with her consent, when the man knows that he is not

           her husband, and that her consent is given because she

            believes that he is another man to whom she is or 

            believes herself to be lawfully married.

Fifthly  -- With her consent, when ,at the time of giving such 

            consent, by reason of unsoundness of mind or 

            intoxication or the administration by him personally 

            or through another of any stupefying or unwholesome 

            substance, she is unable to understand the nature and

            consequences of that to which she gives consent.

Sixthly  -- with or without her consent, when she is under

            sixteen years of age.

Explanation -- Penetration is sufficient to constitute the sexual intercourse necessary to the offence of rape.

Exception   -- Sexual intercourse by a man with his own wife, the wife not being under fifteen years of age, is not rape.

My view :--

The word "rape" ,which is derived from the latin term rapio, means "to seize". Thus rape literally means a forcible seizure. It signifies in common terminology, " as the ravishment of a woman without her consent , by force,fear, or fraud" or  the carnal knowledge of a woman by force against her will.

Section 375 of Indian Panel Code protect woman and give justice and punishes the offenders.

But this section is being misutilized by some inferior women.some time some woman try to registered a rape case intensely even they are not raped.what can be motive behind this? Some time for harassment,black mailing,revenge,money or by fear,by force.

Sometime woman registered a rape case against her boy friend,boss,relative and other unknown person. Why rape allegation had to register against lover or a man ,when they were in love and in physical relationship since long time ? Why woman comes after many months,or after years, against her lover,friends,relatives or employer ? It can not be planned ? It can not for revenge?It can not be for money ?can not be in fear? It can not be that she would have been forced for registered a rape case?

It may be also possible that woman can make a plan to trap a man e.g.meet,love,sex,demand or fulfill her dream, but when she could not achieve her motto, then she started black mailing to man or any one.It can be also possible that  woman can starts showing her love to whom , who are in her target, and can collect all evidence for register a case knowing that this evidence can be utilize against a man if he does not fulfill her demands.This motto is not possible ? There are many example that men would have been targeted.

Sometime, some women register a case , ( may be fabricated)and sometime,they withdraw registered case, why ?(any secret understanding), Accuse  does not want that a rape case should be registered against him  so he becomes ready to compromise and fulfill all demands. Fabricated women want only this and they can plan intensely to trap anyone and when they get success in their plan then they start harassment, blackmail, threating that if you will not fulfill my demands , I will registered a rape case against you.I have enough evidence against you.

This section protects women and gives justice , if any one make physical relation with her against her will or by force,by fear.But this law should be not utilize against any innocent person as a weapon for make money.If crime is done then criminal should be punished,but if any allegation seems that it is fabricated then complainant should be punished not only for false allegation,although for mentally torture, harassment and lose of reputation.

Many people take disadvantage of our judicial system. Judgement is given by court, by trial,evidence and witness.However, we manipulated and tried to register a false case with fabricated evidence then during the trial in the court, it can be clear and we will be punished, we should remember it.So we should do all act according to law and we should believe in our judicial system, and we should not destroy anyone life for fulfill of our evil desire. 
  

Accept and Apologize

Relation is not made in a day. It is made by love , caring , sacrifice , etc. It takes long time.Suddenly we can not love, suddenly we can not give our heart to any one.First, we like ,  then wait,try to  understand,lastly we love and start a new journey in our life on love's way.Sometime, we break our lovely relationship due to mistake, due to misunderstanding etc.At the time of breaking, we do not think about each other , just we think about our self and we do not want to go back. Both are hurt-ed,but We do not care ,just we want to finish our love's chapter. 

Mistake can been done by any one.Someone accept and apologize and restarts their life, but someone do not accept and they choose the way , separation.If there is some mistake or any misunderstanding it should be cleared .

Now, I tell about my self , In my life I have done some mistake.I accept, but I want to clear that misunderstanding can not be a mistake.My friend , they have mistaken me,but I know, that there are some my mistake also.I should be given a chance for clarification.

If they are not ready to listen anything and they believe that what they know, It is 100% right and I hurt-ed them, then to save my relationship, I apologize them.

When, I contemplated myself, I came to know that some mistakes are being done by me.I will try that mistake should not be done again by again.I will never hurt them ,who are caring and loving me.I do not feel shame to apologize. If I could save my relationship, by accepting my mistake . I will do it. I say, I am sorry.   

Don't "DAMAGE" yourself.

BEFORE

we all know that face is the mirror of heart .What we are from inside ,it looks on face. Some people look very innocent , very pure, and some people has beautiful face but they do not  look beautiful, they look without sweetness.Some people look attractive even they has not a beautiful face. There are some reason , which are always ignored.

We can be hurt or damage by two ways, internal and external.when we get wound  by accident or by hit on our body , we go to the Dr. and we cure our self, and after some days our wound vanishes.We look like as before.we regain and forget.

Did you think, how we are wounded and by whom we are wounded ? we are wounded by our enemies, who stays within us,e.g.anger,jealous,furious,hate, ego, revenge, greediness etc. They rule us. Gradually, they capture us and they eating us.They direct damage to our heart, that is why, sweetness of our face vanishes.  

AFTER

When we hate, jealous, angry, revenge to someone, before that, it hurts our self first.We always think, and we stay in same temperament. This hurts our self and there is no Dr.and No one can cure it. We are Dr. for our self. We have to cure it.If we could not cure it on time, then we will be superseded by our internal enemies and we can lose our sweetness, purity of our face.

FIGHT AGAINST YOURSELF

If we want to save our sweetness,we will have to fight to our self and we will have to win.Sometime we can fight to others but we can not fight against our enemies who stay in us, but does not  look, they have no shape, no color. We can win , if we are determine to fight.Save your heart, save your charming face. It is priceless, don't damage it.

We are FABRICATED ?

We have to play different-different role in our life, e.g. father, son,businessman,criminal,job,friendship,lover,boss,leader ,Some time as a boss,as employee,owner or servant. Sometime we order and some time we are ordered. 

Some time we play real role, and some time unreal role.Sometime, we give a fake impression about our self for our personal interest.It is very true that we play different-different role against each other.Some time, we do not love each other but we show that we love each other too much.Some time we hate some one but we never show, although, whenever , we meet ,we show respect for each other.Some time we dislike someone but due to reciprocal interest we have to  show positiveness against our wish.

                    What we do ...

Some time we try to give different impression ,which we are not in real.e.g..illiterate to educated, miser to donor, bad to good, little knowledge to master, fake love to true love, poor to wealthy,sad to happy, happy to sad,married to unmarried,small car to big car, small house to big house, travel- train to flight,dishonest to honest,small company to big company,many friends to one,double to single,single to several,etc. there are unlimited role which we play and some time we have to play.

Mostly people do some work only to show off to others. They want to convince you that how much good they are .Some people donate only for good impression against their will because they want to show their self as a donor and aspect they should be respected and loved from others.In spite that, there are many real people in this world,they present their self exactly what they are and they are respected and loved by others even they do not show.

According to me something never can be changed.This is our human tendency. sometime we act like this intensely and sometime we are bound to do due to several reason.Mostly people do not want to change their habits and mentality.They think, what they are doing, it is demand of our society.some time, they can be right but not every time. Whenever, we are disclosed then we are rejected. We lose our respect.We lose our original identity. 

In spite of many disadvantage mostly people can not be changed, even and I am also one of them.We always say, time changes thing but we actually have to change our self.It is not how good we are , it is how good we want to be. What do you think about yourself ? If you are presenting yourself with different images which actually you are not then what is your excuses ? Do you not think out of us many people are "FABRICATED".
