Dear Mr. Sanjay...
first of all no one is right or wrong...it's one's perception and interpretation. Right for one can be wrong for someone else. Any discussion has lot of insights...The question also has a sub-question of Ram / Krishna as leaders.
In my opinion Industries are run by effective management and not necessarily leadership. Or else everyone should become a leader. Being at a top position does not always means one has become a leader.The most important quality of a "leader" or the most important "leadership" quality is to be above self interest...How many political and corporate leaders (???) are like that..??
Problem is we are never able to differentiate between a true leader and an effective manager.
In my opinion, path or destination is decided based on one's quality only...To decide about our path or destination we need to know are we ourselves leaders at the first place...??

and a effective manger.leader can handle many effective
manager at a time, but many effective managers can not
handle a single leader.
All people are different from each others. Technician can not be a industrialist. Accountant can not be a C.A., Compounder can not be a Dr. , Driver can not be a pilot , Typewriter cannot be a engineer, Contractor can not be a developer,but they all can be a leader if they deserve leadership quality. Everyone can not be a ruler That is why, we remember who rules, but we do not remember who are ruled.
