BAD CUSTOMER are BAD for BUSINESS

Our profit plan, which used to be called a “business plan,” is the story of our self and everyone we influence who influences us in turn, such as the relationship between us and our customers.
Think of it as the logical proof of our significance in a business sense. Now, eliminate everything that's superfluous; what is unnecessary, unimportant, or detrimental to profit? Everything we think, say or do in relation to our business should be geared towards the accumulation of profit.
It’s absolutely crucial to be honest and direct in your dealings. If a customer has a complaint, handle it as quickly as possible and do whatever it takes to make them happy.
However, don't worry about squelching rumors that are false. We don't want to deal with people who are influenced by negative gossip.
