RIAGAD DISTRICT, Maharashtra

Raigad district also known as Raigarh District, is a district in the Indian state of Maharashtra. It is located in the Konkan region.

The district is bounded by Mumbai harbor to the northwest, Thane district to the north, Pune district to the east, Ratnagiri district to the south, and the Arabian sea to the west. Part of the district is included in the planned metropolis of Navi- Mumbai, and its port, the Jawaharlal Nehru Port.

The district Raigad is a part of west coast of Arabian Sea. It has approximately 240 km coast in the west. The total area of the district is 7,148 km. most of land (60%) comprises of hills and valleys (1950 sq. kms. approximately). The total area comprises only plain is 187 sq. kms. The total area comprising only hills are 4561 sq. kms.

The places which fall into this category are – Alibag, Uran, Panvel, Karjat, Khalapur, Mahad, Sudhagad, Roha, Pen, Mangaon, Mahsala, Srivardhan, Murud, and Poladpur.

MIDC

The industril development of Riagad district ghas really catalyzed when in 1970 the industrial had been banned in Mumbai Metropolitan. The MIDC has developed the full-facilitated industrial estates at Patalganga, Roha and Mahad. Mainly chemical industries established in these industrial estates.

There are four major industrial Estates developed by MIDC namely MIDC Patalganga, MIDC Dhatav- Roha, MIDC Vile-Bagad and MIDC Mahad.

There are about 915 Nos. of industrials in Raigad Region. Out of which 336 Nos. falls under RED Category, 202 orange category and remaining falls under green category.

If our product is quality product and it is legal clear and we are transparent and we are selling at reasonable price then no need to go, no need to win customer's heart through mind. Customer will be bound to buy our product.

We do not go any restaurant, we do not go for any shops, we do not go any company only due to their good behavior. If we go some where again by again only it is only due to quality. Can we go any restaurant and have bad food due to good behavior ?. Can we sell any product only by loving customer without quality and legal clearance ? can we purchase any bad or inferior thing due loving nature ?

We should enter in to customer heart not only by love although by mixing Quality product, Translucency , Marketing, self - confidence and good behavior..

I was asked that What is your investment to win hearts before you aim to reach coustomer' mind ?? 

I  have  not invested my  self only for winning customer's heart by loving them  although, I have invested  myself to provide quality product and tremendous services. I apply Love but I do not apply only love. I believe in myself and my product. I am much confident about my product. I will not have to approach and convince to customer for selling my product, although customer will be bound to purchase my product.

Quality and services are the two load stone which attracts customers on its own.The core of any business is the customer. A customer will be satisfied and stay loyal to you only if you satisfy them on these two counts.

To the east of the Ghats lies the flat Deccan Plateau. The Western Ghats from one of the three watersheds of India, from which many South Indian River originate, notable among them being Godavari River, and Krishna, which flow eastward into the Bay of Bengal, forming one of the greatest river basins in India.

Maharashtra is divided into six revenue divisions, which are

further divided into thirty-five districts. These thirty- five districts are further divided into 109 sub-divisions of districts and 357 talukas.

The six administrative divisions in Maharashtra state are Amravati Division, Aurangabad division, konkan division, Nagpur Division, Nashik division, Pune Division.

Geographically, historically and according to political sentiments, maharastra has five main regions:

 Vidarbh Region – (Nagpur and Amravati division )-

Marathwada region – ( Aurangabad division )

 Khandesh and northern Maharashtra Region – ( Nashik devision )

 Desh or western Maharashtra region – ( Pune division )and

 Konkan Region – ( konkan division )

We always face little and big problems in our life and we get frustrate. During frustration period we irritate, we get furious, we abuse, we start blaming to others , we quarrel with our family and friends, we try to seek solution  of problems but whenever we do not get we become impatient.

Did we ever think that what happens whenever we frustrate, we loose our temper, we lose our mental balance , we do unwanted thing, we do several mistakes, its mean in any case we are harming our self and some time to others . We hurt others by our bad temperament, result !!! Loss, Loss and LOSS.

Nahi Na, then in stead of, gaming and waste our time in gossip, let'S go and meet them.

There can be so many people among our long friend's list,who will be not able to celebrate Deepavali due to financial crisis . There is no need that we should provide them financial help, we can go to meet them only. Believe me, they will be more happy and we will get more respect by them.

Breaking News : Our Devi-Devata are using High-Tech Technology against us.

All Devi - Devta are on secret mission on earth to watching all of us. I came to  know through my some secret agent who are working in Swarg and Narak. I get all related News about our 36 crore Devi and Devta. Celebrate Deepavali

Deepavali is starting today. First of all ,  Happy Deepavali to all of you. It is said that Deepavali is symbol of happiness , we believe that  lord laxmi ( devi)comes at our home with prosperity and happiness, So we clean our house, we decorate our house and office to welcome our Laxmi-Mata.Today ,we purchase gold or steel according to our capacity.

Today, we decorate our house with colorful little-little bulbs and lights.Pershaps, we believe that lord Laxmi - Mata will come at  our house.Sometime, we keep open our Tijori believing that Dhan-laxmi can come, so her welcome should be great, we believe that we should welcome to lord Laxmi-mata with Laxmi ( Money-Gold).

I would like to share a interesting  incident, Dhruva , my friend came at Depawali at my home.......( he was very   sad ).
Dhruva : Happy Deepawali.
Sanjay : Happy Deepavali, Dhruva.What happen ? sad !!!
Dhruva : I am very much up-set.
Sanjay : Why ? Hua kya ?
Dhruva : Mummy ne Raat ko Gahne ki Safai karke Rakhi,pure Ghar 
         may light jalai,Puri Raat Humne bahut khushi manai,Humne
         Laxmi-Ji ki Swagat ki Puri taiyari ki thi, magar raat ko
         pata nahi Laxmi_Mata kab aai aur Hamare Gahne pahen ke 
         chali gayi.
Sanjay : Kya matlab ?
Dhriva : Hamare Sare Gahne Chori ho geye.
Sanjay : Do not worry,Tumhara paisa double aa jayge.
Dhruva : Maine mummy ko bahut samjhaya magar......
Sanjay : jane de yaar, Next year se Gahne khule mat rakhna.
Dhruva : Ab khule rakhne ke liye kuch bachha hi nahi hai.

Sometime its happen.Thief has been  waiting since long time for this occassion . So,Celebrate Deepavali but be careful.Don't keep your ornaments open, If you have to keep it open then do not move here and there otherwise "Duplicate Laxmi - Mata" can come and you can lose your valuable thing. Might be laxmi-mata will not come but chor - mata will come to steal your ornaments.

Stop Playing with Emotion.

Many boys and girls play a love game with each other. Someone are serious and someone makes relation only for fun and time pass or mentally and physical need. Who play each other this artical is not for them although it is for whom who are serious in their relationship. If you love someone then  never ditch each other. Mostly people show their-self that they are very honest in their relationship but in fact, they have been ditching to their partner .

love attachment is very strong. Whenever we love then we become salve of our heart and we always think about our love. We miss them and we do not want to share  our lover.

Girls are more sentimental, so boys take advantage. I am not saying that all boys and girls are equal . Some time boys ditch and some time girls ditch.If you are involve with each other knowing that there is nothing serious then you both are free to live your life, there is no liabilities no moral responsibilities, whenever they need they meet , there is no emotional attachment. If both are agree then no harm.

If we love and we are emotionally attach then we should not ditch each other. we should loyal with each other. We should not play with others emotion.Whenever we are in love then we can not live without each other , we feel good, when we meet, we love, we talk , we go out here and there and we miss each other. Always we seek reason to meet. always we think about each other. 

whenever we are in love we cannot live without seeing , talking even we fight with the whole world. We leave all thing, e.g. relation, career, money , friends etc., for get our love ones. We quarrel, we fight, we sacrifice for  each other , but whenever we come to know that our beloved are involved in some where else then this is esteem point of our love-life. Whenever our heart is broken then a single minute is very painful, Its feel that we have lose every thing , we leave the hope , we start weeping, we want to finish our life, sometime we get furious, sometime we leave our self on the the present condition, some time we revenge .

I want to say to everyone , if someone ,love you and you are loved by someone don't ditch each other.It is very- very painful. After ditching, we die every minute. We lose interest in all thing . Life become like hell. life becomes colorless. Sometime we frustrate and we try to die. our heart easily does not ready to except that we have lose our love ones, we fight with our self but it takes very very long time to recover, that feeling can not be explained in the words. Just we can feel it , but we cannot express it. 

So , Never play with others emotion. Never ditch who loves you.Never utilize others emotion. If you have broken your lover heart or your lover have broken your heart , whenever you were in love then only you can feel that what is mental agony ? So, Please, Please, Please Love them who loves you purely and with open heart and leaved all the thing to get you.Be honest who are really honest with you.Don't leave them alone for dying  minute by minute.

Avoid False Commitment

Sometime , for avoid some awkward situation we commit knowing that we will not be fulling that, although we commit and we fall in trouble and other person also come in trouble due our failure. 

I accept that we have to do this , there are various reason e.g. sometime we think on time we will complete, sometime avoid something, sometime in exception that I have long time period and we can do, sometime we commit intentionally thinking that We will face , what will be happen, sometime situation does not favor us etc.There are several - several reasons for different - different people. some people never give false commitment, in spite of any reason but they fulfill their commitment on time but there are some people who are habitual to break their commitment, these type of people do not accept their fault even they start arguments and give many reason for not full filling their commitments. 

Sometime , I could not complete my commitment and face a lot of problems.  I expected that I am able to fulfill any commitment on or before time, but unfortunately, I could not fulfill and I lost not only money even my respect also.

I am sharing my view to all that never do false promises. This habit will fall you in  a trouble, again by again, and you will lose your faith in the people.My experience says that we should avoid false commitments.

I came to know after a long time after loosing so many thing due to miscommitment, do not give commitments. If you are giving promises depending on others , it is dangerous for your relationship.So depending on others never - never commit others.

We have to do hard efforts to gain faith and respect , and it takes time but by small mistake, we can lose our faith.Remember , our  respect and faith are like a bullet who never back after firing.

Stop : Let Me COMPLETE, First

There are so many people ,whenever they start speaking, do not stop. Everyone has to face this problems. Whenever you are  in discussion then some people start their views and they do not listen to others, what someone want to say.What are other's views? They always interrupt and cut your point and start speaking,even after ignoring them, this type of people always create a problems for others because always they talk about himself and they do not give a chance to others to complete their statement.They are called interrupter.

We have to face these type of people in every where e.g.in meeting,discussion,tour,traveling etc. If you met this type of person who start their views without completing your view and if they do not stop after requesting then told them strictly : stop, let me complete. If you thought that they will feel bad then how many time will you tolerate them ? In stead of tolerance, why do you not say directly to them, who are an irritating person and even they do not ready to listen to you.

What you are ? If you are an interrupter , if you are habitual to disturbing to other, then give up now this disturbing attitude ,otherwise you will be ignored, and no body will take you seriously , although they will try to avoid you.Therefore,give chance to other to complete their views, do not start your view without completing their view.If you did not understand and it will be continuing then other person will be force to say you : STOP, Let me Complete, First.Why do you want to listen this ? 

Why do you not give up your interrupting nature ? Contemplate yourself,If you found that you have been doing this since long time then you should understand that whenever someone were speaking  then he would be in motion and that time you break their  continuity by  interrupting him,it is very bad habit, very very disturbing. Stop  yourself now otherwise you will be stopped.

DO NOT share, PROBLEMs to Everyone

Everyone have  a lot of friends, but every friend can be best it is not necessarily.In spite of many friends, we can not say that all friends will come to help whenever we need them.Whenever we fall in problems in our life, then we try to find right person ,who could help us. We maintain friendship with many people but we do not share our personal thing to all. 

Why some friends become most important in our life , because whenever we need them , then we find them with us. Some people are act like a best friend but actually they do not. Whenever we fall in troubles then we share our problems and try to find some helping hands among the friends, sometime we get and some time we do not get. 

some friends come out to help us and somebody ignore us. some friends, in stead of helping us they start back biting and they laugh on our condition , although they act like a good well wisher, I believe that you all be agree on this point.I want to say that whenever we fall in trouble and need helping hands that time we should carefully choose best friend among many friends.

Who is best friend ? Best friend is that ,who does not only help although who feel pain for you and always give you morally and some time financially help as you need, and does not make your position awkward in front of others even who does not explains your problems to others in any circumstances.If you are not agree with me and do you think that you have very good friends and they can do any thing then try and examine them, your illusion will break.

We need friends in our life for work, for love, for talk, for relation etc.Keep friends but share your personal thing only with them who will never ditch you, who will stand with you like a wall in troubles, who will protect you , who will feel your pain, who will not start back biting after helping you, although who will  not leave you alone because of afraid that he can also falls in problems due to helping you. If any friend does not come forward to helping you ,although they leave you alone for crying ,whenever you are in great need then what is meaning to keep so many friends in your list.

We need very few friend in stead of many, who always stands with us in any condition and whenever we need them, we  found them close to us.Choose few friends among many friends , contemplate before choosing your closest friend before sharing yourself.Who will be caring about you , who will purely hug you and assure that your problem is his problem. your pain is his pain .He will never leave you alone whenever you need him.

Do not share your problems with anyone assuming that he will help you.Firstly , be confident,examine him,provide a chance to prove him, whenever you will be 100% sure then share your personal thing not before examine him, otherwise you will be regretting on yourself.

Some people are intentionally wrong. They are habitually offender. Some company plans how to cheat by fabricated work. I know some company, which they are planning to cheat people on large scale.They established a large office, appointed many staff and started publishing advertising in leading News papers.

 A lot of company every where in India, plan to cheat people. I explain you exactly what they do. Firstly they take a furnished office on rent, then appoint local hard laborer unemployment boys and girls,some marketing boys with bike, some influenced people of local area and pay them higher incentive, they do advertisement in local news paper.They speak sweetly,any how they try to convince you.They throw different different offer to trap you.

In the beginning they pay according to their commitment,and gradually they gain trust the people.Whenever people started believing them then they try to take maximum investment in their company, and when they achieved their target , they vanish forever with people's hard money.

After that their employee is done harassed by their investor, some time they physically hurt them. If you are watching like a modes operendi like this, inform the police, and never fall in fishing other wise in stead of gaining something you will lose everything.First secure that your money will be safe , may be due to greediness you can lose your all earned money.
